TRIWEST CAPITAL PARTNERS ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH PHOENIX FENCE CORP.
Calgary, Alberta (February 7, 2023) — TriWest Capital Partners (“TriWest”) today announced that it has acquired a majority interest in Phoenix Fence Corp. (the “Company” or “Phoenix Fence”), a well-established industry leading provider of fencing and related products and services. Phoenix Fence’s existing management team will continue to lead the business. Phoenix Fence is TriWest’s sixth platform investment in the $157MM Growth Fund (2021 vintage).
Founded in 1981 and based in Edmonton, Alberta, Phoenix Fence is a leading manufacturer, distributor, and installer of fences and related products used in commercial, industrial, and residential applications across Western Canada. The Company provides a full range of fencing solutions, including chain-link, vinyl, ornamental, custom interior and exterior fencing, manual and automated gates, privacy products, barbed wire, agricultural fences, and associated hardware. Phoenix Fence also distributes fencing products for wholesale across its network in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. The Company has locations in Edmonton and Calgary that also cater to walk in customers and contractors.
