TriWest Capital Partners Announce Two New Managing Directors

The principals of TriWest Capital Partners are pleased to announce the hiring of two new Managing Directors who will become principals in the firm.
Michael (Mick) MacBean was formerly the CEO of Diamond Energy Services, a company he founded in 1996. Prior to that, Mick was employed by ARC Financial Corporation in a variety of disciplines including merchant banking and private equity. Mick currently serves as a director of a number of private and public companies. Mick brings significant operational experience to TriWest with expertise in M&A, finance and governance. Mick has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Director.
Norm Rokosh was formerly the CEO of several companies headquartered in Western Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Norm is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in both public and private industrial and service companies. He has a strong financial background coupled with successful operations experience, both in Canada and internationally. Norm holds an Engineering degree from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from the London Business School.
