TerraLink Divestiture Announcement

TriWest Capital Partners of Calgary, Alberta (“TriWest”) is pleased to announce that the operations and assets of TerraLink Horticulture Inc. (“TerraLink” or the “Company”), a TriWest Fund I portfolio company, have been sold to Stern Partners Inc. (“Stern Partners”). The senior management team of TerraLink has partnered with Stern Partners in this acquisition and will continue to operate and grow the business.

Founded in 1973, TerraLink is a leading value-added crop inputs distribution business based in the Fraser Valley region of Southwestern British Columbia (“BC”).
