Founded in 2004, Strike Group Holdings LP (“Strike” or the “Company”) is an energy service construction and maintenance company providing project construction, fabrication, pipeline and facility construction, plant and production facility maintenance and turnarounds, module assembly and installation, and electrical and instrumentation services to the oil and gas, midstream, transportation, mining and utility industries across Western Canada.

The Company operates under four main divisions: i) Projects, ii) Production Services, iii) Industrial Services and iv) Electrical and Instrumentation. The Projects division specializes in the construction of larger production and process facilities, including transmission facilities, pipelines, large compressor stations, field production and processing facilities, heavy oil facilities, and plant turnaround and refurbishment projects. The Production Services division provides two core construction and installation services; a) pipeline construction and maintenance on all types and sizes of pipelines and b) facility construction, maintenance and turnaround services including small facility construction and installation and service of compressors, well sites and well site equipment. The Industrial division provides modular construction and installation services for the energy industry including structural steel fabrication and erection and assembly of pipe and equipment modules. The Electrical and Instrumentation division provides electrical construction and maintenance services, module and skid wiring services, control panel fabrication, power distribution, heat tracing, and field commissioning.

Strike Group is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, employs over 1,400 people and has a network of 20 strategically positioned locations across Western Canada with multiple service offerings at certain locations. The management team is led by founder Stephen Smith, President. Under Stephen’s leadership, the Company has become a leader in the industry and has invested heavily in its employees, equipment, safety programs, and community involvement. Strike Group has leveraged its platform, expertise, and its strong commitment to health and safety to build an industry leader with an outstanding reputation for providing an integrated service offering, with a focus on delivering exceptional execution.
