Founded in 1987, NCSG Crane & Heavy Haul Corporation (“NCSG”) is a leading industrial services company based in Edmonton, Alberta, serving the geographic region from Western Canada through Montana and North Dakota down to Texas (the “North-South Energy Corridor”). NCSG offers a comprehensive portfolio of high value, fully operated and maintained (“FOM”) crane and heavy haul services utilizing experienced operators and supported by dedicated lift plan engineers and logistic coordinators to provide industry-specific, value-added solutions. NCSG has approximately 700 employees and an extensive and modern fleet of over 280 mobile cranes, 90 tractors, 235 lines of hydraulic platform trailers, 300 conventional trailers and specialized rigging, such as jack and slide systems and hydraulic gantries.
