International Fitness Holdings (“IFH”) is a leading Western Canadian Health Club operator in the province of Alberta. IFH’s Health Clubs offer a variety of health-related services including: boutique fitness offerings, flexible gym membership options, dynamic group exercise classes, personal training, athletic therapy, and dietary expertise. The company currently operates 23 clubs with 12 locations in Calgary and 11 locations in Edmonton under the GYMVMT (pronounced “Gym Movement”; previously World Health Club), HER GYMVMT (previously Spa Lady), and Banker’s Hall Club brand names. IFH has over 600 employees and is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta.
