NSC Minerals Divestiture Announcement

TriWest Capital Partners (“TriWest”) is pleased to announce the successful divestiture of one of its portfolio companies, namely NSC Minerals Inc. (“NSC”). On December 30th, 2011, TriWest completed the sale of NSC to Wynnchurch Capital. The senior management team at NSC retained a material equity stake in the business and continued in their existing roles upon completion of the transaction.
