TriWest Capital Partners of Calgary, Alberta (“TriWest”) is pleased to announce that it has invested in Fraser River Pile & Dredge (“FRPD”). The investment was made in partnership with FRPD’s senior management team and the existing Principals, who have retained a significant ownership stake. FRPD is the second investment for TriWest Capital Partners III, L.P..

FRPD is Canada’s largest marine construction and dredging contractor with operations mainly in Western Canada and the Northwest Territories.
