ConCreate Investment Announcement

TriWest Capital Partners of Calgary, Alberta (“TriWest”) is pleased to announce that it has invested in ConCreate USL Limited Partnership (“ConCreate”). The investment was made in partnership with ConCreate’s existing principals, Gord Tozer and Derek Martin, and the rest of the senior management team. ConCreate is the sixth investment for TriWest Capital Partners III, L.P.
About ConCreate
Established in 1971, ConCreate rehabilitates / repairs and constructs concrete structures, with the primary focus being bridge and overpass infrastructure managed by provincial and municipal governments. ConCreate has also rehabilitated and constructed numerous other concrete structures including aqueducts, dams, reservoirs, tunnels and sporting structures (luge tracks, skateboard parks, etc.). ConCreate is based in Bolton, Ontario and pursues projects from coast-to-coast.
