Source Energy Services (“SES”) is an integrated proppant supply company with logistics capabilities that provide customers with frac sand solutions from mine to well site. Through SES’ mine and sand processing operations, rail, transload and storage capabilities and well site storage distribution systems, SES participates in all aspects of the proppant supply chain. SES offers customers the highest quality product, expedited delivery and guaranteed availability of frac sand at the well site.

Services

Proppant & Logistics Division

Source Proppants and Logistics produces and distributes high quality Wisconsin frac sand. The facility, located in Barron County, Wisconsin, is one of the largest frac sand production facilities in North America. The Company utilizes this production facility, combined with its existing and new storage terminals to position its frac sand for sale in active oil & gas basins in Canada and the United States. The Logistics division utilizes unit trains to coordinate the distribution of frac sand from Wisconsin to oil & gas basins in North America.

Terminal Division

Source Terminals provides frac sand and artificial proppant transloading services in Alberta and Texas at terminals strategically located with connectivity to large freight rail and short line rail across Western Canada and key oil & gas basins in the United States.

Chemical Division

Source Chemicals provides handling, storage and distribution services for other oilfield materials including hydrochloric acid and carbon dioxide.

Field Solutions

Source Field Solutions provides well site storage and proppant distribution solutions. The Company’s well site storage solution, provides proppant storage at the well site to solve the shortcomings of existing well site proppant distribution solutions. Featuring higher capacity, reduced proppant damage and the elimination of silica dust, the Source Field Solutions units solve the issues that oil & gas companies face with proppant at the well site.
