TriWest Capital Partners Announces New Private Equity Fund

TriWest Capital Partners is pleased to announce the successful closing of the TriWest Capital Growth Fund Limited Partnership No.1. The Fund received commitments totalling $57 million from the founding partners and institutional investors across Canada. TriWest Capital Partners is a private equity investor group focused on providing long-term capital to fund management buyouts, family successions, recapitalizations and business growth strategies in partnership with committed management teams.
The principals of the General Partner and founding partners of the Fund are Ronald A. Jackson, Lorne H. Jacobson and Cody T. Church. Messrs. Jackson and Jacobson were previously President and Executive Vice President, respectively, of Burns Foods, a Canadian food processing and distribution company with over $1 billion in annual sales.
