Royal Camp Services Divestiture Announcement

TriWest Capital Partners (“TriWest”) is pleased to announce the successful divestiture of one of its portfolio companies, namely Royal Camp Services Ltd. (“Royal Camp”). On November 23rd, 2011, TriWest completed the sale of Royal Camp to Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company, Inc. (“HKW”), a private equity firm. Our management team partners at Royal Camp retained material equity stakes in their business and continued in their existing roles upon completion of the transaction.
