TriWest Capital Partners of Calgary, Alberta (“TriWest”) is pleased to announce that it has invested in the Gardewine Group of Companies (“Gardewine”). The investment was made in partnership with Gardewine’s senior management team and the existing Principals, who have retained a significant ownership stake. Gardewine is the fourth investment for TriWest Capital Partners III, L.P..

Winnipeg-based Gardewine is a leading trucking company hauling for customers in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and northern and northwestern Ontario. The Company has a network of over 40 terminals and provides truckload, less than truckload, contract hauling and bulk commodities hauling to over 5,000 customers.
